At Uber Eats Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you can return eligible, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
